Terms and Agreements

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which govern your access to and use of the services provided by our company.

SOLAR PANEL CLEANING:

Enhanced Cleaning Needs: If during our initial assessment we find that your panels require additional cleaning due to factors like heavy dirt buildup, moss, or bird droppings, we will discuss any extra charges with you before proceeding with the work.

Visual Inspections:

Our visual inspection of solar panels during cleaning is not an officially certified inspection and should not be solely relied upon.The inspection aims to identify visible signs of damage or defects on the panel’s surface only.It does not cover issues beneath the panel’s surface or any electrical/mechanical concerns with the solar system.Any findings during the visual inspection are for informational purposes and should not be used for other purposes.

BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE:

By scheduling a service with Creed Solar, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions.

Agreement Period:

I acknowledge that this agreement is in effect for a minimum period of 1* year(s). I agree to receive and pay for the services as described above. In the event that I am unable to fulfill the 1* year commitment outlined in this agreement, I agree to pay an early termination fee equal to 80% of the remaining contract value.

Payment Authorization:

I hereby grant Creed Solar permission to automatically withdraw funds via Electronic Funds Transfer from my Debit/Credit card for the specified treatments outlined above. This authorization remains in effect until written notification of cancellation is received. Canceling Easy Pay does not terminate the service program.

Continuous Service:

Creed services are provided on a continuous and auto-renewal basis. Rowan Solar Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the cost of its services at the end of each 12-month period. Either party may terminate this agreement in writing, with the owner/tenant agreeing to pay an early termination fee equal to 80% of the remaining contract value.

Arrival Time:

Precision in arrival times poses a challenge due to the dynamic nature of our operations. Factors such as the duration of preceding tasks, traffic conditions, and equipment availability influence scheduling accuracy. Therefore, we offer arrival windows typically spanning 4-hour blocks.We can proceed without your immediate presence. Kindly ensure the secure containment of all pets. While we diligently endeavor to maintain gate closure during our work, we cannot assume liability for any pet-related incidents.

Late Payments and Fees:

In the event of overdue payments, we will apply interest at a rate of 5% per month until the outstanding balance is settled. Additionally, we reserve the right to recover any expenses and legal costs incurred in the process of obtaining payment on an indemnity basis. Administrative charges may include $10 for correspondence, $10 for legal notices, and $20 for returned payments. Any third-party costs associated with tracing, returned cheques, debt collection, or legal action will also be passed on to the debtor. We retain the right to engage debt collection agencies or solicitors for the retrieval of unpaid accounts, to whom we may assign the debt and all associated rights without restriction. In the case of a disputed invoice where payment is claimed to have been made, the burden of proof lies with the debtor to demonstrate the receipt and clearance of payment. We cannot assume liability for any loss of cheques, postal orders, or cash dispatched via mail. It is strongly recommended to avoid sending cash via postal services.
